Amazing customer service!

The staff here is pretty amazing, especially an employee named Cesar! Every time I've stayed at this hotel and was helped by him, he provided the best service, extremely friendly and welcoming! He's the type of employee that will make anyone return. I appreciate the service provided here, the cleanliness and spacious rooms as well. Definitely a great spot to consider staying

Pleasant stay

This was my first stay in Chase Suite Hotels located in Newark, Fremont and it was all great. It offers a very great location with access to nearby shops and malls and a very family friendly stay. We stayed here for 2 weeks and enjoyed out stay.
