Not completely satisfied

The first night there was a smell of gas coming in through the vents and we couldn’t turn off the a/c nor could the front desk help us in turning off the a/c. I told them the issue and took my kids out of the room immediately. They gave us another room and it smelled like cigarette, they then sent us to another room and it also smelled like cigarette. We were given 2 other rooms all with a nasty cigarette smell so we just stayed in the last room we were given. Other than the smell of gas and the cigarette stench in the rooms, there is the convenience of having a kitchen. The parking lot is always packed I would not stay in this hotel again.

Clean is hotel and nice

The hotel price for healthcare is decent and affordable but it says that they're giving extra amenities of bottle of wine for healthcare when I booked online but I checked in there twice no wine at all. It says No Smoking but all the rooms smells smoke inside as soon as you enter the rooms. The guy in the frontdesk never smiles or asked if you have any questions, he just interested in collecting your payments and deposit. The good thing is that rooms are clean and they have us still an hour more later checkout. Anyway thanks for giving the heathcare a lower price of hotel to stay during pandemic.

A few things we noticed

Check in seemed to take longer than normal. Our room only had 1 decaf coffee package and no regular coffee. There was an almost empty paper towel roll in kitchen. We had to go to office to get these. There was some long dark hair in the tub and a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. There was also a used tube of an antibacterial medicine on the bathroom floor. Friday night there seemed to be a party going on in the 800 building with people hanging around outside, though they weren’t really noisy. The security guard walked by and didn’t seem to care. These things seemed unusual for the facility since we’ve never experienced any like incidents here.
