Yes, the Chase Suite Hotel Newark–Fremont, CA has a complimentary shuttle service to destinations within 5 miles of the hotel. Service is available between 8 AM and 5 PM only and must be pre-arranged with our Front Office staff. (This service is subject to availability). Airport transfer is not included in this service.
Cancelations made after 3 pm the day prior to arrival are subject to a fee that equals to 1-night room charge and tax. Failure to arrive and check in at the hotel will be treated as a No Show and will incur a fee that equals to 1-night room charge and tax.

Yes, we welcome all well-mannered dogs. Guest(s) may bring up to two (2) dogs weighing up to 30 pounds or one (1) dog weighing up to 40 pounds. A Pet Fee of $150 plus tax per pet is due upon check-in. Our pet-friendly rooms are limited, so please call the hotel in advance to secure your accommodation. A "refundable deposit" of $250 is also required during check-in. If damage occurs or excessive cleaning is needed, the hotel may charge additionally to cover the costs of repair/cleaning.
