Yes, the Chase Suite Hotel Newark Fremont has a complimentary shuttle service to destinations within 5 miles of the hotel. Service is available between 8 AM and 5 PM only and must be pre-arranged with our Front Office staff. (This service is subject to availability). Airport transfer is not included in this service.
What is your cancelation and no-show policy?
Cancelations made after 3 pm the day prior to arrival are subject to a fee that equals to 1-night room charge and tax. Failure to arrive and check in at the hotel will be treated as a No Show and will incur a fee that equals to 1-night room charge and tax.

Chase Suite Hotel Newark-Fremont, CA is a non-smoking hotel. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy place for the well-being of our guests, visitors, and employees. As such, we strictly adhere to this policy. This non-smoking/vaping policy applies to all areas within 25 feet of the hotel occupied by our guests and employees. Smoking and/or vaping is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Please ask our Front Desk for the exact location. Chase Suite Hotel will assess a fee of $250 to guests who smoke in the guest rooms.

Yes, our hotel has ADA accessible rooms located on the 1st floor with wheelchair-accessible features and physically disabled facilities.
Does the Chase Suite Hotel Newark Fremont Have Elevators?
The Chase Suite Hotel Newark Fremont does not have elevators. Certain suites and our main meeting/event room are located on the second floor and are accessible by stairs only. There is a smaller meeting area on the first floor, and it is accessible by wheelchair.

Yes, we welcome all well-mannered dogs. Guest(s) may bring up to two (2) dogs weighing up to 30 pounds or one (1) dog weighing up to 40 pounds. A Pet Fee of $150 plus tax per pet is due upon check-in. Our pet-friendly rooms are limited, so please call the hotel in advance to secure your accommodation. A "refundable deposit" of $250 is also required during check-in. If damage occurs or excessive cleaning is needed, the hotel may charge additionally to cover the costs of repair/cleaning.

We offer an outdoor swimming pool for our guests' enjoyment. An outdoor grill and a hot tub are also available for our guests to use free of charge.
