SAP Center conducts security checks using walk-through metal detectors at all events. Large bags, backpacks, and suitcases are not permitted at the center. Only bags that can fit under your seat will be allowed into the building. However, baby strollers and carriers are allowed.

Signs and banners are allowed at the SAP Center provided they follow the given conditions:

• Signs should not be bigger than poster size – 20"x30."
• Larger size banners should only be hung so that the surfaces of the building don’t get damaged
• The signs should not affect the other guest’s view
• Dry-erase boards and signs attached to sticks or poles are not permitted
• The sign should relate to the event in a positive manner
• It does not obstruct permanent signage
• It is not commercial or political
