I was traveling with my husband and young son, plus my sisters and their children. We chose the Chase Suites because of it's room selections - my sisters wanted an affordable two-room suite, but my husband wanted a "classier" room than the standard chain hotels. This place fit the bill perfectly! We booked the "executive" suite which was beautiful, but my sisters' suite was nice too. Our bed was heavenly, the room was very clean and spacious, and the staff was wonderful. Although the breakfast wasn't "to die for", it was plentiful and hot, and they served different items every day. Walking to breakfast, we noticed that they cleaned the pool area and whirlpool daily. The grounds were peaceful with fountains and the neighborhood felt safe. Coming back to the room every night felt like we were coming home. We were sad to leave, and we will come back again.

My fiancé and I have been staying at Chase Suite Hotel in Newark for a few months, for work and it’s been a really good experience overall. The suites are spacious and feel more like an apartment, with a separate living area and a full kitchen, which makes a big difference for longer stays. The property is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff has been consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciate the access to the full gym across the street and the convenient location near shopping, restaurants, and the freeway. A special thank you to the General Manager and Sales Manager Mark for always making this place feel like a home away from home. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and easy place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it, especially for anyone needing an extended stay in the area.

I stay in Chase hotel Newark since 2004. I stayed for long period up 12 months as well as short periods 2 days. Very friendly staff, I feel like staying with a family. good service quick responce to requests, good location all amentied are included, The best thing I like the staff, the least thing, I can't find any.
