The location itself is ...

The location itself is nice, but the property is held back by outdated furniture that needs to be deep clean or remodeled as soon as possible. I rented two rooms during the winter (December and January), and the heater in one of them blew only cold air. Despite my complaints, no one bothered to help. I even escalated the issue to Jennifer, still waiting her response.

Clean place, friendly and ...

Clean place, friendly and courteous receptionist, good breakfast included, plenty of parking, free WiFi. The toilet was wobbly. The bathroom door frame was rotted due to the shower leaking in that corner. So, a bit more maintenance is required

This is more of ...

This is more of a service apartment kind of facility. It is better than most named brands but breakfast does not have variety of hot items r vegetarian hot items. More positive items than concerns.
