Stayed in 2 bedroom suite which was comfortable and well equipped. Good breakfast available, nice pool and helpful staff

Overall, it's a decent place to stay but it's not without flaws. Room service is reliable. Staff are friendly. They need to work on the hit-or-miss cable tv connection, and the loud plumbing pipes. We asked a maintenance guy about the loud plumbing and he said, "That's just how they are." Parking is another hit-or-miss. Some shady looking people parking at Chase by McDonald's side and they aren't even staying here. The landscaping truck sits there for over a month without moving. It takes up parking space for guests.

The rooms are great, TV, comfortable beds, pretty clean, but for some reason our room smelt bad, like smelly socks... I believe it's because of the AC somehow. Whenever you enter your room it smells bad for like 10 minutes but you get used to it. I really liked the free breakfast and free dinner, which is the evening gathering. There are also countless amounts of restaurants nearby. It's also in the middle from going to San Francisco and San Jose so pretty convenient.
