Thank you Chase Suite for a wonderful experience. I was greeted with a warm welcome and check in was a breeze. The room was better than expected with all the necessities met. The pool area was clean and laundry room is available on site. The breakfast was sufficient. They did not offer sausage or bacon nor waffles or pancakes for breakfast. It appeared to be a Mexican themed breakfast when we there. Please see photos. Loved the bagels and the refried beans was very good. I appreciated that they do have security on the premises throughout the evening. This hotel is probably the best value in town. I can't wait to book here again the next time I am in town. Mahalo!

From check-in to check-out, this was a great experience. The suite was complete with sitting area, full kitchen (including full-size refrigerator and dishwasher), king size bed, etc), two TVs and DVD player. The lobby includes a study/library/WIFI area (with free DVD rentals), business office, sitting area, breakfast area with buffet service.Substantial breakasts varied every morning and included items like fresh fruits, eggs, bacon/sausage/hash, pancakes, waffle maker, coffee, juice, yogurts, hash browns, etc. Monday-Thursday nights include a Managers Social Hour (5-7pm) which included warm appetizers (Buffalo wings, pizza, tacos, etc) with draft beer and wine. While all the included items at this hotel were fairly impressive on their own, the service was even better. Staff behind the check-in counter were friendly and helpful. Staff in the kitchen area went above and beyond several times to make sure food was fresh, hot and available. Even bringing hot food back out when my late check-in (7:15) would have reasonably left me 'out of luck'.Pricing through Hotwire was almost half the cost of similar hotels/ suites in the San Jose area. If I can get a room at Woodfin Suites on future visits, I won't be staying anywhere else!
