Our stay has been so great. I would recommend Chase Suites to anyone who needed an awesome place to stay. The staff are very friendly and professional. The property is very well kept.

Overall, it's a decent place to stay but it's not without flaws. Room service is reliable. Staff are friendly. They need to work on the hit-or-miss cable tv connection, and the loud plumbing pipes. We asked a maintenance guy about the loud plumbing and he said, "That's just how they are." Parking is another hit-or-miss. Some shady looking people parking at Chase by McDonald's side and they aren't even staying here. The landscaping truck sits there for over a month without moving. It takes up parking space for guests.
