Recent stay

Great location of the hotel. Upon arrival the room wasn't clean to standard, but the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The good part of the breakfast I missed because it was put out toward the end of breakfast. Great for families as the rooms are very nice sized.

Friendly stuff

Good customer care, from reception, to restaurant, and room services. I also liked the happy hour service. Workers here treat guests like family. Chase Suite Newark has always given me the best service, eveytime i visit here. i will always chose the hotel, and recommend other people to stay here

Nice clean room.. weekday's ...

Nice clean room.. weekday's breakfast from 6.30 to 8.30..weekends breakfast from 7.30 to 9.30...happy hour from 5.30 to 7 with complimentary drinks and snacks.. convenient location from business district and nearby shopping complex and malls.

The rooms are awesome ...

The rooms are awesome but difficult to navigate and locate! The night staff and the maids are great. The front desk daytime staff were pretty rude tho
