We had a wonderful ...

We had a wonderful time...stayed for 3 months. Mark was excellent and so we're the other stall. Very courteous.

I stay here every ...

I stay here every summer with my kids. We really like it. Your buffet breakfast and pool are great, staff is wonderful, and love the rooms. My concern is the parking. Almost every night I come back to the hotel fter visiting friends and family, I cannot find a parking spot. One night I had to park in your loading zone because that was the only available spot. I'm thinking alot of cars might be from multiple people in one room, maybe? I was told to park in an overflow area that was quite a walk from my room. It was late at night, far from my room, and the area looked very dark. I really didn't want my car stolen. Is it possible to have registered guests utilizing one parking space only parking only in the lot and everyone beyond a one car max park in overflow? Has your hotel improved the parking issue since last summer 2025? The hotel is wonderful but if I can't find a parking spot it doesn't even matter. I'm checking before I book my trip. I'm a pretty easy person, but parking is a struggle. More than once I've had to park illegally and move my car in the morning. Not one spot available many nights.

The location itself is ...

The location itself is nice, but the property is held back by outdated furniture that needs to be deep clean or remodeled as soon as possible. I rented two rooms during the winter (December and January), and the heater in one of them blew only cold air. Despite my complaints, no one bothered to help. I even escalated the issue to Jennifer, still waiting her response.
