The location itself is ...

The location itself is nice, but the property is held back by outdated furniture that needs to be deep clean or remodeled as soon as possible. I rented two rooms during the winter (December and January), and the heater in one of them blew only cold air. Despite my complaints, no one bothered to help. I even escalated the issue to Jennifer, still waiting her response.

I wanted to share ...

I wanted to share how much we truly enjoyed our stay overall. The generously sized rooms made it feel comfortable and welcoming—just like home—with all the amenities we could need. Having both a delicious breakfast and dinner available was such a thoughtful touch and a huge money-saver while traveling. The staff was kind, friendly and helpful. Jennifer the manager was amazing After we checked out, I realized—with a sinking feeling—that I had left behind several important and valuable items, including cash. It was entirely my mistake, and I was bracing myself for the worst. What happened next, however, completely restored my faith in people. Her integrity and care in ensuring that everything was found and returned to us meant more than I can properly put into words. In a situation where many might have looked the other way, she chose to do the right thing without hesitation—and with such grace. What touched me even more was her refusal to accept a tip, and your genuine offer to personally take care of us on a future visit. That level of generosity and professionalism is rare, and it did not go unnoticed. Please know how deeply we appreciate this. Because of Jennifer, what could have been a very stressful and upsetting experience turned into something truly uplifting. We will absolutely be returning—and when we do, we will be asking for her.
