Our family trip and stay at Chase was last week and the staff and management were phenomenal. Our group was very large with 15+ various suites throughout the property. Chase Newark greated each of us with such thoughtful and useful goodie bags for each room. The complimentary breakfast was a major plus with eggs, various breakfast meats, breads, fruit, pastries and more. I was very impressed that the staff kept the breakfast bar refilled considering we had such a large party in addition to other hotel guests also. I want to let upper management know that their leadership and staff at this location in Fremont truly deserve a raise and recognition for providing us with such generous hospitality and service. The hotel is centrally located near a mall, gas, restaurants, grocery store, and conveniently any other shop you would need. The suites have a full kitchen furnished with all dishwate and cookware as if you are home. It was delightful! Chase Suite Hotel Newark Fremont you out did yourselves. We are truly grateful and thankful that our families had such an exceptional stay with you all.

Last minute find as we need accommodation - cost wise not as competitive but again that’s probably because of timing of my booking. Customer service at front desk was a bit hit and miss depending on who you got. Great location as in close to shops in idling a drive through bank. There seems to be plenty of parking - you have to keep your pass on your dashboard or you will likely be towed or fined The rooms are pretty decent size and clean - especially for long term stays. A lot of group / family / labour work travellers with a few couples. Security at night which I think is a bonus. The rooms are serviced weekly; breakfast is available daily with laundry facilities (both coin quarters only and card machines) There’s a pool and bbq are which we didn’t use but looked fine with others using it. Would recommend and book again.

Check in was fast and they gave us cookies. The room itself was spotless and had everything we needed to cook. The kitchen was a great addition. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were fine. Breakfast was a decent hot hotel spread and the coffee tasted good. Overall, we would return and stay again the next time we are in the area.
