Responsible Hospitality
We remain committed to the highest standards of cleaning and disinfecting in all accommodations and common areas of the property. Our check-in and check-out processes are aligned with the current situation and our safety protocols also reflect the same.
We clean, then disinfect using detergent or soap and water to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, spray with a disinfectant.
Our housekeepers & hotel staff pay special attention to frequently touched surfaces, like light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucet handles.
We recommend 6-feet social distancing in all common areas. We have marked our floors as a reminder to keep a safe distance
We have sanitizing stations at different places throughout the property for staff and guests
We have signage for social distancing and face masks in all public areas
We have streamlined check-in and check-out process to minimize contact with personnel
Our swimming pool/spa and grill are temporary closed under the local government's guidelines
Instead of our normal social hour, we are now offering an "anti-social" hour where beer/wine and snacks are served to go.
