A Yes, take advantage of our complimentary shuttle service to destinations within five miles of our hotel. Service is available between 8AM to 5PM only and must be pre-arranged with our Front Office staff. (This service is subject to availability). ***Airport transfer is not included in this service*** Click here to read more about our shuttle service.
A Check-in time begins at 3 p.m. and checkout is 11 am.
Guest(s) must provide a major credit card at time of check-in to secure the room charges and incidentals. All stays require a $250 deposit. (Please note that pre-paid and gift cards will not be accepted as form of deposit but maybe used to pay the full bill upon check-out).
A Chase Suite Hotel Newark is a non-smoking hotel. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy place for the well-being of our guests, visitors and employees. As such, we strictly adhere to this policy. This non-smoking/vaping policy applies to all areas within 25 feet of the hotel occupied by our guests and employees. (Smoking is defined as the "act of lighting, smoking or carrying a lighted or smoldering cigar, cigarette or pipe of any kind." Vaping refers to the use of electronic nicotine delivery systems or electronic smoking devices such as e-cigarettes, e-pipes, e-hookahs and e-cigars). Smoking and/or vaping is permitted only in a designated outdoor areas (25 feet away from the hotel premises), please ask our Front Desk for exact location. Chase Suite Hotel will assess a fee of $250 to guests that choose to smoke in the guest rooms.
A Yes, we welcome all well-mannered dogs. Guest(s) may bring up to two (2) dogs weighing up to 30 pounds or one (1) dog weighing up to 40 pounds. A Pet Fee of $150 per pet is due upon check-in. Our pet-friendly rooms are limited, so please call the hotel in advance to secure your accommodation.A "refundable deposit" of $250 is also required during check-in. If damage occurs or excessive cleaning is needed, the hotel may charge additionally to cover the costs of repair/cleaning.
