As such, we strictly adhere to this policy. This non-smoking/vaping policy applies to all areas of hotel occupied by our guests and employees. Smoking and/or vaping is permitted only in a designated outdoor area, please ask our Front Desk for exact location. Chase Suite Hotel will assess a fee of $250 to guests that choose to smoke in the guest rooms.
AYes, we welcome all well-mannered dogs. No more than (2) two pets of up to 40 Pounds may occupy each guest room. A Pet Fee of $150 per pet is due upon check-in. Our pet-friendly rooms are limited, so please call the hotel in advance to secure your accommodation.
A "refundable deposit" of $250 (or $350 for 2 dogs) is also required during check-in. If damage occurs or excessive cleaning is needed, the hotel may charge additionally to cover the costs of repair/cleaning. AOur hotel does not have elevators. Please note that certain suites and our main meeting/event room are located on the second floor and are accessible by stair only. A smaller meeting area is located on the first floor and it is accessible by wheelchair.
